Arnside Knott is a hill in the Arnside and Silverdale Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. It is about 7 miles from Kitty Brown Boutique by road. It is a National Trust property.
The hill is the lowest Marilyn in England. A Marilyn is a hill with at least 150m of prominence. Such hills were named Marilyns as a sort of joke as the higher Scottish mountains are known as Munroes.
