We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after ordering your item to request a return and make sure that we receive the returned items during this period.
To be eligible for a return, your items must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Faulty items may be returned within 30 days of purchasing if the faults are manufacturer’s faults. This does not cover damage due to wear and tear.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we will send you the instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

All items must be returned to our shop once the return is authorised. Return postage is your responsibility. We recommend our customers to use reliable couriers and send their returns tracked, we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns on underwear, swimming suits and earrings for hygiene reasons. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. We do not refund postage and return postage is your responsibility.
Return of Instore Purchases

We offer refunds for instore purchases within 14 days If you prefer you can either exchange or get a credit note. Certain items such as food, underwear, swim suits or earrings are not returnable.
If you find a fault with the item you have bought please return the item to the store within 30 days where we will inspect the item and offer a full refund or a replacement. The damages to items occurred due to wear and tear are not covered by our policy.
