Caroline - Co Founder and Owner

Caroline co-founded Kitty Brown Boutique in 2005 and has since developed it into a successful independent clothing and footwear store.

She is the Chair of Carnforth Chamber of Trade and loves promoting the town.

If that was not enough she is a mentor for women wanting to start a business of their own.

Trueman - Assistant Retail Manager

Trueman is the mastermind behind our gorgeous windows and is Caroline's right hand! 

She loves anything arty, good books and running around after her two gorgeous boys.

Pamela - Shop Assistant

The longest standing member of staff, she has an incredible fashion sense and is the the display mastermind! 

Pamela's favourite thing to do is to be out on her bike enjoying the beautiful countryside that surrounds us. 

Ella -  Sales and Digital Marketing Apprentice

She can seen in the shop, at fashions shows or behind a computer screen adding to the website and updating our social media accounts. She is currently working on a degree apprenticeship in digital marketing at the University of Central Lancashire.

Ella can regularly be found with her friends and family or out shopping for her godson. 

Renée  - Shop Assistant

Renée can be found in the shop on Thursdays and Fridays and is also a language teacher. She is fluent in German, Spanish, Italian and French.

She loves fell walking and hiking - particularly at Rydal walking the fells. 

Philip - Technical Department 

'Technical Department' is just a label that doesn't begin to cover everything Philip does; delivery driver, website builder, stock checker...

Philip is married to Caroline and in his spare time you can find him spending quality time with Crompton, their very old rescue cat.
