Turnaround
All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday - Friday 10am - 5pm unless Express Delivery is selected in which case we send by Royal Mail Express service. Orders received before 4pm will be shipped on that day, using Royal Mail's Express service guaranteeing delivery by 1pm the next working day. Order Tracking
If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders will not have tracking numbers.

Royal Mail Express Weekday Delivery parcels will be delivered by 1pm the next weekday (Monday - Friday) for items ordered before 4pm (excludes public holidays). Please see Royal Mail's website for terms and conditions on their services.
If you live within a 10 miles radius of our Carnforth store, select local delivery to get free delivery using our own van. This is available regardless of your order value. Alternatively, if you are visiting Carnforth you can choose to pick up your on-line purchases from our Carnforth shop.
Back Orders
We do not operate back orders. If for any reason the item you have ordered is unavailable you will be refunded in full.
EU deliveries
We are sorry that we are unable to deliver to the EU at this time. We apologise to our European customers and thank them for their previous custom. We are reviewing the situation regularly and will resume deliveries to the EU as soon as we are able.
