Carnforth is a town with a population of around 5,500 people a few miles to the north of Lancaster. A few minutes drive to the north along the A6 which runs through the town you reach the border of Cumbria.
There are a number of events that take place each year which attract locals and visitors alike. With interesting independent shops, cafes, pubs and hotels, the Brief Encounter Visitor Centre, there is much to do and see as well as Kitty Brown!
We love being in Carnforth. A wonderful community and close to the natural wonders of Morecambe Bay, Arnside and Silverdale Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and of course, the Lake District.
