Shipping & Delivery Q: How long will my order take to arrive? A: UK orders typically arrive within 2-3 business days. We do not currently ship internationally
Returns & Exchanges Q: What is your returns policy? A: We accept returns within 14 days of purchase. Items must be unworn with original tags attached. For footwear it must be in its original, undamaged, unmarked packaging or box.
Sizing & Fit Q: How do I find my correct size? A: There is a sizing guide page at https://kittybrown.co.uk/pages/sizing-guides. For further information please telephone our shop and speak to one of our members of staff.

Payment Options Q: What payment methods do you accept? A: We accept credit and debit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay and Klarna.
Order Tracking Q: How can I track my order? A: You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. We send orders by Royal Mail so you can use their site to track your order's progress.
Physical Location Q: Do you have a shop where I can visit or telephone? A: Yes, our shop is at Ashtrees Way, Carnforth LA5 9BQ. You can telephone us on 01524 733243. The shop is open 9:00 - 5:00 Monday - Saturday excluding public holidays.
Carnforth Q: Where is Carnforth? A: Carnforth is about 2 miles from junction 35 of the M6 motorway. There are regular buses from Lancaster and the 555 bus that runs from Lancaster to Keswick via Kendal stops in Carnforth. There are trains from Lancaster, Preston, Leeds and Barrow-in-Furness.
