We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

We offer refunds for non-sale in-store and online purchases within 14 days. If you prefer you can either exchange or receive a credit note. Any sale items can be exchanged for other products or a credit note. 

Faulty Items

If you find a manufacturer's fault with the item you have bought please return the item to the store within 30 days and we will offer a full refund or a replacement. Damage to items due to wear and tear are not covered by our policy.
